These are arguably the best juicers currently available in terms of efficiency. They do use two gears to extract the freshest juice that interlocks with each other when moving inwards that crushes everything thus leaving a dry pulp at the end.
However, a disadvantage is that it works at extremely low speeds. Be that as it may, it is good in a way as it makes sure that the air is not getting trapped into the juice thus preventing oxidation.
